System Requirements and Recommendations

Minimum recommended configuration:

• 1 GB available hard disk space
• 1280 x 768 or higher resolution monitor
• Broadband Internet connection
• 2 GB system memory, 4GB for 64-bit OS
• 1.8 GHz processor
• Network Interface Card
• Windows Operating system. (See download page for supported versions of windows)

For performance when accessing an Act! database,  an SSD for the operating system drive is recommended.    Disk latency is the big bottleneck, not disk data transfer speed, CPU speed or Memory size.  We have seen some very expensive and fast servers, running a RAID, run much slower than an inexpensive laptop with an SSD.

Zoho CRM performance is not governed by disk speed.
